Ingredients
- 100g Breadcrumbs
- Halloumi cheese
- 100g plain flour
- 1 Egg and a Drop of Milk for Egg Wash
- Oil for frying.
- Chef relish
- 2 x tortilla wraps
- Fresh rocket
- Lime juice
Method
- Firstly start by cutting up the cheese into nice sized goujons or fingers.
- Place them into the flour, then into the egg wash and finally in the breadcrumbs to coat.
- Heat vegetable oil on a medium heat and shallow fry the halloumi bites until golden all over.
- Drain them onto some kitchen paper and now assemble your wrap:

- Add in the Chef relish
- next the crispy halloumi
- and finally finish with some rocket and lime juice
